Returns & Exchanges
We understand how important your wedding or special occasion is, and we always aim to ensure you are happy with your order. However, as most of our items are handmade to order, please read our returns policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• The item must be returned within 7 days of approval
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed delivery service
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Rush orders (priority production)
• Items returned after the 7-day period
• Items that have been worn, altered or damaged
• Items that have been cleaned or treated incorrectly (all items are dry clean only)
• Items altered by a third party
• Items returned after the wedding or event date
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item (for example, for a different colour), the original item must be returned first and received by us before a replacement is made.
Please note:
• Production time applies again for the new item
• If your event date is close, an exchange may not be possible in time
International Returns
For international orders:
• Any customs charges or import duties incurred on return will be deducted from your refund
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned correctly to avoid additional charges
Quality & Responsibility
Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once delivered, the customer is responsible for keeping the item in its original condition.
We are unable to accept claims for items that have been altered, worn, or handled in a way that changes their original condition.
Important
Colour matching is the most common reason for returns.
We strongly recommend confirming your dress colour before ordering. If you are unsure, we advise ordering fabric samples or contacting us before placing your order — we are always happy to help.
Orders placed close to the event date may not allow enough time for returns or exchanges.
